Refuge Youth Network, a Christian non-profit based in Altoona, PA, is seeking a Campus Director to lead one of its newest campuses. The role involves administrative and ministerial duties, including lesson planning, event organization, and fostering relationships with students. The Campus Director will also engage with local businesses and community members to raise funds and support campus activities. They will oversee volunteer staff, encourage student spiritual growth, and maintain consistent outreach. The position requires strong leadership, a passionate heart, strong communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep commitment to Christian values.
This is a full-time position 30+ plus.
Director would need to live in or relocate to Altoona, PA region.
