Micah Marshall is the Executive Director and founder of Refuge Youth Network. Micah grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from Zion Bible College in Haverhill, Massachusetts with a degree in Biblical Studies. He has been working with students for the last 13 years, 11 of them with Refuge. He is the current youth pastor for three churches in the area New Life Worship Center, Trans4mation Church, and Community Worship Center in Tyrone. Micah enjoys spending time with his wife Bethany and their dog, Timber.
Arin Hunter is the Operations Manager for Refuge Youth Network. She was born and raised in Bellwood, PA and studied accounting at Penn State University. She currently lives in Bellwood with her husband, Tyler and their two sons, Baylor and Barrett. Arin loves spending time at home with her family, enjoying a great cup of coffee, and a good shopping trip to Target!
Chalmers Port is the Director of Digital Media at Refuge Youth Network and the Director of its Bellwood Campus. He grew up in Huntingdon and graduated from Messiah College in May ‘19 with a degree in Digital Media and a minor in Congregational Ministry. Chalmers loves playing games of all kinds, disc golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
Zeth Osborn is the Ministry Assistant here at Refuge. He was born and raised in Altoona, PA. Zeth attended Philadelphia Masters Commission and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Youth Ministry. In his free time, Zeth loves to fish, hunt, play basketball, hang out with friends, and play lots of video games.
McKenna Tira is the Director for the Hollidaysburg Campus at Refuge Youth Network. McKenna was born and raised in Bellwood, PA. Mckenna is married to Luke Tira and they live in Hollidaysburg. She attended Groundzero School of Discipleship and Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Christian Leadership and a minor in Biblical Studies. She is passionate about seeing the next generation being used in the Kingdom of God. In her spare time, she enjoys eating good food and doing anything that sounds fun with the people she loves.
