Micah Marshall is the Executive Director and founder of Refuge Youth Network. Micah grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from Zion Bible College in Haverhill, Massachusetts with a degree in Biblical Studies. He has been working with students for the last 8 years. He is the current youth pastor for three churches in the area New Life Worship Center, Trans4mation Church and Community Worship Center in Tyrone. Micah enjoys spending time with his wife Bethany and their dog, Timber.
Ryan Alden is the Director of Operations for Refuge Youth Network. Ryan graduated from Messiah College in Mechanicsburg, PA with a degree in Business Administration. He has been working with teens and parents for the last 12 years as a teacher, director, mentor, and counselor. Ryan loves fishing, hiking, and spending time with his wife Rachel and two children, Caleb and Norah.
Matthew Lingafelt is the Program Coordinator for Refuge Youth Network. It's through Blair Family Solutions that Matt is able to work alongside Refuge in this capacity. He graduated from Valley Forge Christian College and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary with his BA and MA in Theological Studies. He enjoys playing disc golf and hiking with his wife Kara.
Bryce McGarvey is the Director of our Bellwood Campus. Bryce grew up just outside of Bellwood. He graduated from Waynesburg University with a degree in Biblical and Ministries Studies, with a focus on international missions. Bryce loves to fish and hunt, to play sports, and to read at local coffee shops.
Chalmers Port is the Director of Digital Media at Refuge Youth Network and the Assistant Director of it’s Tyrone Campus. He grew up in Huntingdon and graduated from Messiah College in May ‘19 with a degree in Digital Media and a minor in Congregational Ministry. Chalmers loves playing games of all kinds, disc golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
